As a natural progression of this experience, from 2001 onwards they expanded into the real estate sector, integrating it as an extension of their ongoing business activity. Since then, they have led development, acquisition, and leasing projects involving land, industrial facilities, buildings, and construction in general.

From a geographical perspective, the experience of the founding partners is established across Europe, with a focus on Madrid (Spain), and the United States, with a presence in Miami and strategic investments along Florida’s west coast. This platform presents both current and upcoming projects of Prisvem, LLC in the United States, as well as a selection of the professional track record developed by the partners in Europe. In this market, their activity has focused on the creation of spaces within Science and Technology Parks for R&D companies, the development of industrial complexes—highlighting the current management of 38 industrial units with flexible configuration under urban development—the development of high-end residential spaces in prime areas of Madrid, where the use of premium materials such as marble and avant-garde architecture has defined the standard of quality of their work, as well as the strategic and commercial management of hotel operations. This includes the current transaction involving the sale of a hotel under future development in Madrid, presently in a pre-construction phase and subject to technical planning, licensing approvals, and the development of the construction process, in which the founding partners act on behalf of the ownership.

Their approach combines aesthetics and technical expertise under the concept “Creating the Art of Space.” This more than twenty-year experience in development and construction forms the foundation of their current activity in the United States market, where they already manage their own assets.

This operational foundation is complemented by an international academic background, with studies undertaken in institutions across Europe, the United States, and Canada, including the American University of Madrid (University of Mississippi), the European University of Madrid, François-Rabelais University in France, and East Sussex College Hastings in England. In addition, they hold certification in Business Management from CEOE and CEPYME in Spain. In the field of design and global markets, they hold professional diplomas in Interior Decorating and Redesign (IAP Career College) and maintain an active Sales Associate license in the State of Florida, issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
