The founding partners professional trajectory in business management began with an initial phase within family-owned enterprises in the graphic arts sector. In 2001, they expanded their professional activity into the real estate sector.  Since then, they have led projects involving the development, acquisition, sale, and leasing of assets, including land, industrial warehouses, buildings, and general construction.

Geographically, the founding partners’ experience is well-established between Europe centered in Madrid, Spain and the United States, with a presence in Miami and investments along the west coast of Florida.  This platform showcases both the current and future projects of Prisvem, LLC in the United States, as well as a selection of the professional trajectory developed by the partners in Europe. In the European market, their activity has focused on creating spaces within Science and Technology Parks for R&D companies, developing industrial complexes highlighting the current management of 38 industrial units in the urban development phase and developing premium residential spaces in Madrid, where the use of noble materials such as marble and cutting-edge architecture have set the quality standard of their career. Additionally, their expertise includes the strategic and commercial management of hospitality operations, including the current transaction for the sale of the hospitality operating company of a hotel soon to be constructed in Europe. Located in Sector SAU12—a prime reference area surrounded by technological and logistics multinationals in Illescas, Toledo this project is in its pre-execution phase and is subject to technical planning, licensing, and the construction development process. This background of more than twenty years in real estate development and construction forms the foundation of their current activity in the US market, where they already manage their own assets. This operational foundation is complemented by an international academic background, with studies at institutions in Europe, the United States, and Canada, including the American University of Madrid (University of Mississippi), the Universidad Europea de Madrid, the François-Rabelais University in France, and the East Sussex College Hastings in England, along with a Business Management Technician designation from CEOE and CEPYME in Spain. In the fields of design and the global market, they hold professional diplomas in Interior Decoration and Redesign (IAP Career College) and hold official Sales Associate licenses in the State of Florida, granted by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

Currently, the partners align their construction solutions with sustainability and energy efficiency criteria. Their projects integrate renewable energy technologies, materials selected for their durability, and technical planning aimed at thermal optimization and the maximization of natural light. This work is based on the selection of specific locations, maintaining direct management and oversight over all operational processes at all times. Their approach combines aesthetics and technical expertise under the concept “Creating the Art of Space.”

This entity possesses its own distinct legal personality, completely autonomous from the operations in the United States. Prisvem, LLC is an entity that solely and exclusively manages its own real estate assets. Prisvem, LLC does not market, manage, or administer real estate assets for third parties, always acting as a principal and never as an intermediary. The firm’s activity also encompasses project development as well as consulting and brokerage in corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions of operating companies.
